Is there any particular reason you never mailed the book hart2hart requested? At least you honest about it but that's not the way to get positive feedback and may keep people from trading with you at all.

However Sigrid, you should try to contact this user and explain what happened. I would refund the point(s) as soon as possible. I guess right now you´re not allowed to request from him/her because you haven´t fulfilled your first 3 requests. Did he/she file a dispute against you ? If yes, you should have receivd an email.

I will check if I can find something in your inventory to get you started. Maybe the nice bunch of fellas here in the forums will take a look, too.

Mistakes can happen when you´re new. I am still wondering how I made it without any.
