Below is the email I sent support....I am just fuming over this!

"I have 33 points (which means I have sent out 33 items) and I am unable to use the points because other people don't leave feedback as quickly as I do....or they don't leave it at all????

This is totally wrong. That is money out of my pocket. If you check the length of time since I registered and how much I've sent compared to my requests, you'll see I have just started to make some requests. Usually I am too busy to browse the categories. My wives have had me order some books and movies for them, but now when I have time to sit down and look for some movies or books I'd like to request, I am told after 2-3 requests that that is all I can request until I get more feedback. WHERE IS THAT RULE IN YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS???? Maybe I'll think about how you operate and see if swapadvd or some other place doesn't play such games. To say I am p*ssed is an understatement. I suggest you rethink this whole way you have of limiting people when they have points for requests. I have seen people with negs on here, I waited 2 weeks on a request and FINALLY CANCELLED BECAUSE SHE NEVER REPLIED TO MY EREQUEST OR EMAILS. I checked the woman out...she had negs for pirated works, never sending an item, etc., yet you let her stay on here but limit MY ability to use my request points that I EARNED when I fulfilled my obligation to send each item out!?!? What I send is not junk. Most is new and veiwed only one time. This "limitation" better be lifted ASAP or I'll go elsewhere once I use every last point earned. I'll just remove my inventory and simply order until you limit me again. I would appreciate an explanation and a "waiver" to this assine practice of limiting amount of requests. You haven't limited the amount of sends I can do until I have a certain level of feedback. I hate forums but I'm going to post this there too.

Bud"

Per TT's FAQ"s:

Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make?
No, as long as you have the Request Points in your account you can make as many requests as you like. The only restriction on Request Points is that you must have positive feedback to use them.

I understand the whole fraud thing, so maybe points should only be given when feedback is received....what's the point if I can't use them anyway?

I try to have faith. TT's system doesn't scare me as much as Pbs'. Pbs won't give me credits until the receiver acknowledges receipt of book. Yikes. Some people do drag their feet, and then we're screwed.

On E-bay and half.com, feedback is just a courtesy factor that reflects on your ability as a seller, buyer, or both. I only receive feedback 50% of the time on those sites (very frustrating). But I'm happy to say that Title Trader has the most courteous members of any swap/buy/auction site I've tried. No TT trader has denied or dragged their feet on feed back. Thank you.

Myke, On PBS if ya use the printed postage and/or Delivery Confirmation option, you do not have to wait for feedback to get your point.

You forgot to mention that you´ve got to pay for this "service".

Big Grin Hopefully it worked out after feedback was eventually rec'd by the member above.

According to my husband Eeker one wife makes him edgy, so I thought it best to allow some good old fashion venting. Smiler

LOL! It would be best if requesting depends on feedback if not only the sender gets penalised. If you dont leave feedback you can no longer request or so on.

Yes, wives...lucky me! I have one wife of 13 years and just celebrated our first anniversary April 4th with my other wife. Yes, the joys and sorrows are double, but worth every bit of effort it takes to work!

This is totally 100% false, for i have plenty of positive feedback and i cannot request items over 19 at a time right now.It keeps telling me i have to many pending requests. And yes i do have the poits. But the more my positive feedback rises so will my requesting capabilities.(they should state this in their FAQS for the statement in it now is inacurate.)I myself send out all items of mine requested.I send out fast also and within 1 business day.to many people on here wait 3-5 days before sending if at all and also takes 10-14 days to arrive if at all.I do not see how hard it is to send out a requested DVD or CD.
Anyhow i must disagree on one thing you are thinking..if points are not given until feedback is given than alot of people are going to be angry for everyone does not leave feedback at all...I have a couple of items that i have sent to requesters and they have arrived almost a week ago now and i still do not have feedback from them.so i would be out those points if that was the case.
