I'm going to try to move the site to its new servers tonight, so it may be down for an hour or so.

I'm having a little trouble making requests this morning. It goes thru like it always does, but my points stay the same, and the item doesnt show in my "receives" section. I did all the standards (dumping cache, etc), but to no avail.

I blame NYT.

Yepper... #1 rule at my house - it is always mom's fault. I've gone back and forth as far as being able to connect. At the moment, I'm not in.

I'm not being told to check my dns servers at the moment (2:00PM ET) and I am logged in on what appears to be the same old TT site.

I wiped out my cache, rebooted and have IE looking for new versions automatically.

What are the new DNS IP numbers?

if you see TT you are on the new servers. You won't see anything new.

Oh geez..I open my mouth...

now back to...

"We have moved servers. If you are getting this there must be a mistake. Your DNS servers have not updated, rebooting may help." Big Grin

this is like the hokey pokey, well it was fine just minutes ago....

Annnnd, 2:30 it is back LOL Smiler Big Grin

if I hadn't been on at least once already, I would have chalked this up to waiting for the new dns to propagate on the internet.

Torchy, haven't tried to requested anything today so I have no input for you. Frowner
