I may be misunderstanding what you're asking for, in which case you may need to wait for Dan to come along and answere this for you.

You can try clicking this link if you're logged in to TT: http://www.titletrader.com/myrequestshistory.php
If that doesn't work, go to My Requests and click the History tab. Is that what you're looking for?

At the moment there is no way to see how many points you spent on an item. It has been suggested here in the forum that it be changed. As for which points you got back....if you hadn't already left neu/neg feedback, that's the one that would be removed when you got your point back. (I made that mistake once and then couldn't leave feedback.) Otherwise, the only I know of to know which ones you're getting credit for is to keep your own records.
In other words - I don't know!! LOL I'm just trying to help a little till Dan can answer you.

As for keeping records....I am the "old-fashioned" type secretary. Back then, small companies didn't have computers. We kept paper spreadsheets and journals.
In mine and hubby's business now.....I have tried different software programs, but still prefer the old-fashioned way!

With my trade sites, I keep a small legal pad right next to computer.
When I request an item or items (even the special deal freebies), I list the titles, whether it's a book, dvd, cd, etc. Also list trader name, how many points it cost, condition stated, etc.
When they arrive in mail, after I check condition and leave feedback, I use a highlighter to mark it off my list.
If I have to file a dispute, have a trade cancelled or anything... I mark it so I know how many points and from which trader they are coming.
You could also start a new text document on your computer, and do the same thing. Just keep it handy on your computer desktop and make necessary changes as they apply.

Hope my old-fashioned habits help someone! Big Grin

Marie
