I have a new way of answering e-mails from traders who list an item and immediately thereafter it is requested and then subsequently cancelled with a dear Rock letter saying, "Somebody requested it just before you did and I will honor that." Huh? Well...how about this: "Yeah, I'm going to need you to go ahead and send me that book. That'd be great."
