i requested a book from a member in nov. the book was marked shipped on nov 25th. about 10 days ago i sent the shipper an email through TT informing them that i never recieved the book. they replied back saying that they mailed the book out on dec 5th ad that i should have gotten it. and they asked for advice on what to do because this had never happened to them before. i replied saying that first, they shouldn't have marked the book shipped on the 25 if they didn't mail it until a week later. i than said that the holidays could've screwed up the mail that i would wait a week to see if i recieve than i would let them know. while going through my spam mail, i noticed a response from MAILER-DEMON saying that my email to that member couldn't be delivered. about a half hour ago, i tried to resend that email and another one asking for my credit back because i still have not recieved the book. again, i got a reply back from MAILER-DEMON saying that it cannot be delivered. i checked this members feedback before i requested and there was no negative on it, so i thought that the trader was good. the member's last login was january 6th, so they are still an active member. what should i do? do i go ahead and file a dispute or continue to wait?
I'm with Fara- that all sounds a little too wishy-washy for me with returned emails and all and even if they shipped it the 5th that is still over a month!
