Dispute still not working...also, the person I requested the book from is "on vacation" (how convenient) and not responding to my numerous messages.
Any suggestions. This is frustrating when a member of the community takes advantage.

I don't see that you have left any neutral or negative feedback yet, levasssp. Is this a case of you requested and the item was never sent (you can cancel and get credit back after 10 days) or they accepted the transaction, (30 plus days ago) marked it sent and it never arrived? xhollishx above is also dealing with an acct that is "marked" on vacation, wondered if you were just one of that bunch?

You've already left feedback, which is required when filing a dispute... Click 'My Requests' and then click the 'History' tab... From there, you could theorectically dispute everything you've ever recieved... Just click the 'File Dispute' link for the item you never recieved... Be brief, and tell them the problem you had... Don't worry, you'll get your point(s) back, but it will take a few weeks... Yes, it is sad when someone decides to rip-off the general public... Hopefully there is security in place that won't let him/her open another account on the same computer, or at least use the same physical address...

I know where to go to file a dispute. What this post is pointing out is that the dispute feature is NOT WORKING, it's been at least 4 days now.

I can not dispute either. The member is auntmeanie fyi. Requested April 2nd and it's already May 5. The user also went as far as to do the "USPS has been notified of expecting package blah blah USPS doesn't know if the package does or doesn't exist. Good Luck trying to get your parcel, Sucker!" Anyways, hopefully someone will be able to remedy this problem. Don't really care that I don't get what I requested. Just want to make sure I am able to reclaim the point I used.

I'm also having the same issue- and my person also conveniently went "on vacation" AFTER I emailed several times.
