i filed a dispute because i never recieved a book and couldn't contact the member. however, today she requested a book and then sent me a message saying not to ship it because it was just her way of refunding my point. now, my question is, how do i cancel the dispute so she doesn't lose another point?
Quick quick quick. Send Dan and Maggie an email using the contact button. Copy the trade number from the transaction and the user's name so they'll be able to put 2 and 2 together.
