I don't understand this whole dispute process. I have notified sender that book which was mailed in April still not received and thought I Followed thru the dispute process to get my point back but have heard nothing from tt. Sender is willing to give back my credit but they don't know how. Any suggestions???
If the user is willing to give your credit back, you can just mention to them, that on each person's profile there is a tab with GIVE GIFT they can use to return credit(s).
You also can change your feedback for them and text to reflect that although, it wasn't a problem free transaction, that the sender worked with you to your satisfaction.
