I have about 10-15 items that I've requested, the users have used DC but when you click tracking nothing is coming up for any of it.

Am wondering if this is happening with anyone else?

#1 - Unless things have changed, anytime you click to print a shipping label, it generates a DC number whether you actually use it or not.

#2 - If they printed the label then used stamps, it's likely not being tracked

#3 - If the post office didn't scan the barcode, it's not being tracked.

That's all I can think of. Maybe somebody else knows of other reasons.

I always ALWAYS use DC.

Every now and then the links go down for a while (usually not more than 2 hours).

I actually went today and checked my tracking and most of them work now.

It was messed up since after Christmas actually and whenever I would click on it it said something like 'Contact customer service'
