I tried to update my profile in the "about me" space and I can't get it to stay. I hit the update button but it just went back to blank. Can some one help me?

Hi Pudin! There are two update buttons. I think you need the one on the left side.

I seem to remember this happened to me once as well.

I also did this SEVERAL times, it took me a while to figure it out.

Me three! I had to write in my stuff all over again until I figured it out. Boy did I feel silly.

Sorry, I was gone over the weekend. No, I type in my stuff and have hit both update buttons and I get the same result, it goes back to blank.

It wasn't working for me... didn't know why, I hit the one on the left. Had even tried the one near the bottom near the countries I send to, before........nothing.

I left it alone since I did have a global msg that appreared with my listings that was satisfactory.

I JUST ...as in a min ago tried again, and it went and I got the red message that it has been updated.

I disabled my pop up blocker before -this time, because it was the only thing I could think of.

Still nothing, I still get the red "your account has been updated but there still isn't anything happening. I signed my hubby off and turned off the pop-up blocker, nothing.

Thought for sure it was going to work pudintain. It hadn't worked for me no matter how many time I read that it was working for everyone else. I tried it once more, on a lark and it went.

Well we can cross off that it was the pop up blocker causing it then. I can't think of a single thing that is different today then when I tried it all the other times.

I did it!!!!!! I finally got it to work! for those who have tried before too, I did not delete the "blank" word until after I typed in what I wanted to say, hit update and it was there! Eureka!
