I looking at my request and was checking the tracking when somehow I accidentally clicked on the submit button so I gave the person a positive feedback by mistake and I didn't even receive the item yet!
Can I undo this or not?

You can go into history and change it to neutral with your explanation. Then when you receive the item you can change it again to the appropriate feedback.

Can I just ask...how would I go about changing feedback once it's already been entered? I got a book that smelled of smoke, but I didn't mention it..I figured what the hell. But now I'm thinking that this would be a good thing for people to know. Can I change my response?
