I've noticed a whole lot of the "I want 4 points for this $5 bargain bin DVD, you must request both items" listings lately, is this allowed? Somehow I thought it was against the rules... am I wrong?

I thought that they weren't allowed any more, but I guess we are wrong. It shouldn't be allowed. I wouldn't ask for anything from these people on principle.

Dan said in one of the forums that he was going to stop people from adding more points than titletrader allows, also on the customs, but maybe he hasn't caught on to them yet. Maybe he he has to be reminded since he is a very busy man, and he can't do everything by himself.I read that he was getting or has extra help.

Well, now people are doing one worse- listing a single disc dvd as the higher point deluxe collectors set (and saying in the notes that you are really getting only the basic version) so that they can get the 4 points instead of the 2-3 they are worth. Despicable.

I think you can make a custom item for whatever you want... I've no problem with that... When I see a DVD listed for 5 or 6 points, it's usually a custom item (unless it's a season)...

Listing an item more than once (multiple listings in order to get more points) is clearly against the rules...
